Thanks so much for your input! We agree, it's a great community and Canton has so much to offer. It's such a fun place to live! We cannot wait for our new fitness center and bicycle shop to open on the ground level. We are working on it now. Also, the City is putting in a walking path along the river, so exciting! Can't wait!

|Recommended: YesI don't really have complaints. — I have no regrets about living here. I can't say that it was the best possible experience I could have ever had, but I can't really complain about much. This was my first experience apartment living, so there was a lot to learn. It is VERY important to read the terms of your lease regularly so nothing sneaks up and surprises you. It was pretty easy to hear our neighbors mostly because of kids running upstairs but it didn't get to me too much. The staff was helpful when there was an issue that needed resolving. I would like to see a more designated smoking area, because it gets a bit tough for a non-smoker to avoid it, and the community itself has a difficulty picking up after their dogs. Love that the complex is pet friendly, though. The company seems willing to address issues as they arise, like upgrading the trash area, working on the fence by the river to prevent flooding such a fluke, seriously , or treating the dog park for fleas. I mean, every place has it's challenges, but overall, I'd say it's pretty nicely live-able place.

Thank you for the review! We agree the community is so convenient, especially with all that Canton has to offer. And it's only getting better and better. We are building a new fitness center for our residents with a bike shop AND the City will be putting in a new walking trial on the river. We can't wait! The new Aspect on the River bikes will be great fun to ride on the park trails so close by!
|Recommended: YesThe property is a great place to live for singles first time apartment renters — Everything is up to date and in great condition, for the most part. Staff is excellent.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Call Home — I have lived here at Aspect on the River formerly known as RiverView three separate times. When I moved back in February 2019, all I can say is my experience has been nothing but excellent. The customer service is extraordinary. Amy Gomez has been excellent with my package deliveries and keeping me updated. Nathan responds to my inquiries and concerns quickly. Safety is a number 1 concern and they are always working to make their tenants happy. Great group of people and I plan on being here for a long time. Thanks for all that you do.
